Yes. Our dietitians calculate your daily caloric needs during your initial assessment and adjust your portion sizes accordingly. Since your lunch, dinner, salad, and snack are all portion-controlled, it becomes much easier to stay in a consistent calorie deficit without feeling hungry.

2. How does daily delivery work in Lebanon?

Your fresh box is prepared early in the morning and delivered directly to your home or office between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, depending on your location. We deliver across Greater Beirut, Metn, and Keserwan.

3. What if I have food allergies or ingredients I don't like?

We accommodate common allergies and dislikes. During your setup call, let us know if you avoid dairy, gluten, nuts, or specific items like fish or eggplant, and our kitchen team will swap those ingredients out of your routine.

4. Can I pause my plan if I go out of town or have a busy week?

Yes. You can pause your 20-day subscription whenever you need to. Just notify our team via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance so we can hold your kitchen orders and push your remaining days forward.

5. How are the meals packaged, and do I need to heat them up?

Meals arrive in sealed, food-grade containers that keep them fresh. Cold items like salads and snacks are ready to eat immediately, while main dishes can be quickly reheated in a microwave or oven directly in their containers.
